Custom Quilting

I do longarm quilting for private clients, and have been in business in the Pacific Northwest since 2000. I tend to have an approximate 2 month waiting list. I specialize in edge- to-edge pantograph patterns, freehand textures “drawn” onto the quilt, and custom quilting to the quilt’s visual design. It is an honor and a pleasure to collaborate with another quilter on their project. In this way I have shared in the making of over 450 quilts. I taught machine quilting for several years in Hawaii, and longarm quilting was the natural progression of that work. I am currently working on a quilting design class so that I can share what I have learned. I have won one show ribbon that I can directly attribute to my quilting design work, a judge’s ribbon, from Pepper Cory in 1994, from the Quiltfest USA show. Three of my client quilts have won show ribbons in local quilt shows.
